As you realign yourself with new surroundings and settle into new patterns, pay attention to how you feel and what your body is craving. Today’s activities focus on bringing you back to your body and your natural state.

  • 6-8 am Breakfast at your leisure

  • 8 am Future Self Meditation & Acupuncture

  • Lunch at your leisure

  • 1 pm Herbalism & Plant Medicine Tour (Meet vans at 12:45)

  • 5 pm Yoga & Cacao

  • 6:30 pm Group Dinner at Rancho Margot
