Frequently asked questions.

What is included in the cost?

Our all-inclusive 6-night, 7-day retreat includes lodging at Rancho Margot, 3 meals per day, access to unlimited coffee and tea, participation in all scheduled activities, transportation to activities as well as to/from the airport on scheduled arrival/departure days. The cost does not include airfare to SJO, cost of required Costa Rica insurance ($11.50/day), cost of COVID tests that may be required at the time of travel, or additional food or beverages purchased outside of meals.

What if I change my bungalow preference after reserving a space?

Adding additional people to your room should not be an issue (up to 3 people per bungalow). If you have paid in full, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost after the other registrants have completed payment!

What COVID-19 precautions are in place?

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, our team is working diligently to ensure that all required protocols and policies are in place to protect attendees. Please note that guidance is ever-evolving and we will adhere to all required guidelines at the time of travel. Specific travel restrictions are currently in place due to COVID-19 and are rapidly evolving.

What kinds of activities will we participate in?

Each day our talented instructors will be sharing their diverse gifts with the group (yoga, reiki, meditation, breathwork, acupuncture, intuitive guidance, herbalism). A detailed itinerary will be sent in advance of the retreat and is carefully curated to balance time for self-reflection, growth, and relaxation with exploring all that the beautiful area has to offer. All activities are considered optional and included in the cost of your trip.

What happens in the event of a COVID-19 pandemic shutdown?

In the event that COVID-19 restrictions are put in place rendering the inability to travel, attendees will be issued a full refund for the retreat. Please note that this does NOT apply to circumstances in which individuals are simply not comfortable traveling and does NOT apply to airfare which is purchased separately. Refunds will only be issued in the instance that travel is restricted or rendered impossible.

What travel requirements do I need to adhere to?

COVID Specific Requirements as of January 17, 2021:
